We are eight designers, engineers and artists working out of a single room on Lygon Street. We take on four to five titles a year so every build gets real attention — no offshore hand-offs, no template engines, no surprises at submission.
Every mechanic is playtested with real users before a single art pass. We tune for retention, not vanity metrics.
Milestones are fixed at kickoff and tracked weekly. In eleven years we have never missed a store submission window.
Source, art files and store listings are yours from day one. No revenue lock-ins and no perpetual licence fees.
We profile on real mid-range Android and older iPhones, not just the latest flagship, so the game feels smooth for everyone.

Reviews
A few words from the people who trusted us with their titles.
“They took our messy prototype and shipped a polished iOS build in five months. Day-one crash rate was under 0.2%. We could not have asked for a smoother launch.”

Sarah M.
Fitzroy VIC · March 2025
“The live-ops team runs our monthly events like clockwork. Retention at day 30 climbed from 9% to 17% after their reward-loop rework. Genuinely great partners.”

Daniel K.
South Yarra VIC · January 2025
“We needed our Unity title ported to Android at 60fps on cheaper devices. They hit the frame budget and shaved 40MB off the install. Fast, clear and honest.”

Priya R.
Docklands VIC · November 2024
“The art team nailed our hand-painted style on the first pass. Character rigs arrived clean and the whole UI kit dropped straight into engine. Rare to find that.”

Questions
Still unsure about something? Call the studio or send a brief and we will answer within one business day.
Yes. Every title we develop ships natively to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store from a shared codebase. We test on a rack of real mid-range Android phones and older iPhones so performance holds up beyond flagship devices.
Full game development starts at A$48,000 and depends on scope, art style and live-service needs. After a short discovery call we send a fixed-scope quote in Australian dollars so there are no surprises at invoice time.
Most builds take four to nine months from kickoff to launch. Smaller ports and prototypes can be ready in three to six weeks. We lock milestones at the start and share a playable build every week.
You do — completely. Source code, art files, store listings and analytics accounts are handed over at the end of the project. We never take a revenue share or hold your IP behind a licence.
Absolutely. We take on porting, performance optimisation, live-ops and art top-ups for games already in production or on the stores. Send us your current build and we will scope the work.
Our studio is at 59A Lygon Street in Carlton, a short walk from Melbourne CBD. You are welcome to visit for kickoff and review sessions, Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 AEST.
